NVEX Signs MOU with Vietnam’s NULLY Academy for K-Culture AI Education Business

AI education company NVEX (CEO David Cho) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Nully (CEO Seungyong Choi), a global K-Culture talent business company, to jointly promote K-Culture AI education and K-POP talent development initiatives in Vietnam.

The partnership aims to combine NVEX’s AI education platform, curriculum, and K-POP education solutions with Nully’s local business infrastructure in Vietnam to jointly design, validate, and expand locally tailored education programs.

Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on ▲ K-Culture AI education programs in Vietnam ▲ local deployment and operation of AI learning platforms ▲ planning, validation, and commercialization of AI-powered K-POP education solutions ▲ K-POP talent incubation and portfolio development ▲ training instructors through global K-POP certification programs.

The companies also plan to utilize Nully’s local academy facilities in Hanoi, Vietnam, to operate education programs as well as auditions, showcases, and community programs, expanding K-POP education opportunities for local learners and aspiring trainees.

NVEX will be responsible for education service planning and technical support based on its AI learning platform MEWZ (https://mewz.mew31.com/), education curriculum, and K-POP education solution MEW (https://mew31.com/). Nully will lead local market research, business development, partner coordination, recruitment of learners and trainees, and operation of offline facilities.
